PRF provides ranchers and livestock operators with the tools to protect perennial pasture, rangeland, or forage used to feed livestock.

Pasture, Rangeland, and Forage (PRF) is an area-based insurance plan that allows producers to purchase protection against rainfall shortages that prevent pastureland and forage growth. PRF is based on average rainfall amount during a two-month time frame – you can choose coverage based on the area rainfall grid.
